We ask that dogs are not left unattended at the homestead when you head out. However, with so many dog friendly venues in the region, you will be able to enjoy your days or evenings out, with your furry friend in toe.

Dogs are welcome everywhere at the venue, they even have a Doggy Dining Room in the restaurant where guests can bring their furry family members.

Logan Wines

Dogs can accompany you on the outdoor terrace for a tasting just let them know you're coming with a dog when you book your tasting.

Moothi Estate

Dogs are welcome in the cellar door. They even have two cellar door dogs of their own who love to play with the guests.

Di Lusso Estate

Dogs are allowed to join you in the cellar door and water bowls are readily available at the outdoor seating area.

Dogs are welcome to enjoy the cobblestone courtyard area with their owners. The leafy grapevine overhead acts as a canopy offering plenty of shade.

The Dancing Goat

You can sit outdoors with your dog in the partially covered area.

The Quick Brown Fox

The quiet little cafe is dog friendly and there are various sized covered tables outside where you can sit with your pet pal.

The Zin House at Lowe

If you wish to bring your dog to the Zin House, please enquire when you book.

Three Tails Brewery & Smokehouse

Dogs are welcome everywhere in the brewery.

Woolpack Hotel

Your furry friend is welcome to join you in the covered outdoor area and water bowls are readily available.

Mudgee Brewing Co.

Dogs are more than welcome in the courtyard and out the front of the building. There are also dog biscuits on hand if they fancy a tasty treat

Stay in but dine out

Enquire with us about organising a private chef to prepare and serve delicious local delights for a dinner out, while staying in at Wandarra. Styled and catered picnics on the property are also an option.

THE SPECIFICS

We are happy for your pooch to say, but appreciate the heads up. If you plan to bring a dog, please keep these things in mind:

Maximum two dogs per stay.
Please do not leave your dog unattended at the property (inside or outdoors) when you go out.
Dogs must sleep in the house to protect local wildlife. Please bring your own dog bed or a crate for them to sleep in. Dogs are not allowed to sleep in the beds and are not allowed on the lounge unless you bring your own dog blanket for them to lay on.
Please bring your own dog food, toys and poo bags.
Dog poo must be bagged and disposed of in the outdoor bins.
Please feed your dog in the laundry. Strictly no dog food outside (to avoid attracting wildlife or rodents).
As a country property on 25 acres there are kangaroos, echidna’s, wombats, extensive birdlife, rabbits, foxes and potentially snakes. This is their habitat, please ensure that your dog does not harass or harm any wildlife. Please also keep your dog away from the cattle and sheep which graze in the paddocks of Wandarra Homestead.
